Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & DEPOSIT A deposit is required to secure your date — the amount and payment schedule are confirmed together during your free consultation. CANCELLATION Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund, are agreed during your consultation and confirmed with your booking details. RESCHEDULING One reschedule allowed with 30+ days notice, subject to availability. Within 30 days is treated as a cancellation. CHANGES Any changes to guest count, layout, or design within 30 days may incur additional fees, to be discussed with you directly. SET/BREAKDOWN Setup time is included. Overtime beyond agreed hours will be billed at a rate confirmed during your consultation.
